Dan brings more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership and operational management for for-profit and non-profit corporations to his role as Chief Operations Officer for Castro Law. Dan has managed operational staffs in excess of 120 employees, including two Orange County based start-ups and one early stage company. Dan has started and grown several successful management teams and companies from the ground up and made significant impact on growth and profitability.
Dan’s experience includes working at Evangelical Christian Credit Union (“ECCU”) as a commercial loan account executive. Dan worked with non-profits across the nation to evaluate their needs, qualify them for commercial loans and bring their financial goals to a reality. Dan also led the acquisition and management of a national mobile notary signing service and successfully managed more than 2,000 loan signing packages monthly.
Dan’s ample experience in title and escrow includes establishing the operations of a Major Accounts Division for a nationally recognized title insurance company. Dan grew this start-up division to become one of five National Regional Order Centers. In addition, Dan took a start-up title agency to a $10,000,000 annual revenue producer and took an early stage title operation to a $13,000,000 annual revenue producer in a down market.
Dan not only brings his business, finance and real estate knowledge and experience to Castro Law in his role as COO, but has proven to be an invaluable asset to their business and real estate clients. Dan and his wife CC have lived in North Orange County since 1995. Dan and CC have 2 teenagers and are active in their church and community. Dan is currently working toward his law degree.
